Victor Lagos

Founder of Evolve Broker

Victor Lagos is the Founder & CEO of Lagos Financial and Evolve Broker, a pre-configured CRM blueprint powered by Effi and AI, built to help brokers reduce admin, scale without adding headcount, and take back their time.

With 20 years in finance and lending, Victor started Lagos Financial in 2022 and moved from Sydney to Tasmania a year later to build the business he wished he’d had: fully remote, family-first, and designed to help more clients without trading away quality time. That same philosophy now powers Evolve Broker, with a clear mission, to help brokers go from broker to tech-enabled trusted adviser, where the system handles the busywork and brokers step in where judgement counts.

At NFBD26, Victor shares how AI and automation can give brokers back their evenings, their weekends, and their reason for starting in the first place.

Olga Koskie
Guest Speaker

Olga Koskie

CEO & Director, Tax Assure

Olga Koskie is Tax Assure’s first CEO. She’s been with the company since 2019, growing the team through a period where ATO enforcement has changed dramatically.

Before Tax Assure, she spent 16 years as a commercial litigator. The last seven she’s spent applying that experience to ATO debt – understanding how they think, what they prioritise, and where the room to negotiate is.

Olga leads a team of specialists who work with brokers, accountants and advisors when ATO debt is in the way of a deal, a refinance, or a restructure. They work directly with the ATO on behalf of the client to get it resolved so they can move forward.

Winner of Principal of the Year at the 2023 Women in Finance Awards. Described by clients as “first class to deal with, knowledgeable, responsive, professional and transparent”.
