Ticket Sales & Transfers

All ticket purchases are final. No refunds will be provided for change of mind, inability to attend, or any other reason.

In the unlikely event of a cancellation, ticket holders will be notified, and refund options will be provided.

Your data may be used for promotional materials, updates, and future event invitations.

Photography & Media Consent

By attending the event, you acknowledge and agree that photos, videos, and other media content may be captured.

NFBD reserves the right to use such content for promotional, advertising, and marketing materials without requiring written approval or compensation to attendees.

Food & Dietary Requirements

NFBD works closely with the event venue and catering teams to provide a variety of food options that aim to cater to common dietary preferences and requirements.

While all reasonable efforts are made to accommodate a diverse range of dietary needs, options are ultimately limited to those provided by the venue.

Individual or custom dietary requests will not be taken.

Menus will be displayed at all catering stations, and it is the responsibility of each individual to make informed choices based on their dietary needs or allergies.

NFBD accepts no responsibility for adverse reactions or outcomes relating to food consumption at the event.

Code of Conduct

All attendees are expected to behave in a professional and respectful manner. Any disruptive, offensive, or inappropriate behavior may result in removal from the event without a refund.

NFBD and its affiliates are not responsible for any personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property incurred during the event.
